The Proheat 2x is reasonable value for money and does do a decent job but I find it really heavy to manoeuvre. Also, taking the front bit off to clean all the fluff out of the roller area is really fiddly and getting it back on was a bit scary as I thought the plastic lugs would break.

Just used this for the first time and what a difference it made. Carpets came up shiny bright. Bit heavy to maneuvre but so easy to use. Carpets dried so quickly and rooms not left with the "just shampooed "smell. Have recommended this fab machine to friends

What a super machine - just cleaned my 80/20 wool pale beige lounge carpet and got an excellent result. Carpet dried quickly too. Bit fiddly removing all the fluff but with care quickly done.

wow this machine cleand all our carpets and they were much more cleaner
