Recieved the bissell yesterday, looking forward to using it today.
Cleaned half a rug when the brush bar snapped, must be a weak point on this cleaner. Highly disapointed.

We're extremely surprised to hear that you've had problems with this machine as we have sold many thousands in the last year and we have not ever heard of a problem with the brush bar. If you call our Consumer Services team on 0844 888 66 44 (Option 1, UK only, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm) they will arrange for your machine to be replaced, or a replacement part sent if you feel comfortable replacing it yourself.

Great results on all my carpets.
I used the Oxygen 2 on stubborn stains before going over the whole carpet with the machine.
Best purchase I have made this year.

I have 5 large dogs and although they are very well behaved indoors, they still produce a lot of dust and dirt, especially after walks.
I cleaned my 6 year old hall carpet and the result was very good.
It has come up like new and the pile has been lifted, making it bouncy to walk on again!
The machine is not too heavy to use which is a bonus.
I can't wait to do my sitting room next, just waiting for some more formula to arrive!

just cleaned carpet that is 10 years old and only gets dyson hoovered in my disabled sons room i bought the bissell because some times in my sons bedroom or front room he tips his drink over the floor just washed his carpet very impressed with the amount of dirt that came out of the carpet it gets hoovered twice daily just put it to the test put egg,milk,ribena.on the floor in front room went to the toilet came back put the bissell into action and sucked every little bit back up so now when we replace carpets next week this will save us money thankyou

I got this machine for an old mat i have. It had dog grime wear and also a bit of human trafic.Got a good result but not excellent.

Have just used this PowerWash Pro on my 20 year old hall carpet and you can imagine the traffic that this carpet has suffered with over the years.
The machine has given an excellent result,and has proved worth every penny.
