I bought this bissell to replace an older model. I loved the results I got from my old one so stuck to the name I trusted. I can't live without one in my home, I've 2 dogs, 4 cats and 2 kids, and I was taken aback by the improvement on my old machine, my carpets have come up beautifully with half the effort as my old machine, and it's corrected some annoying things of old e.g. Hose storage and shampoo bottle.. Well done Bissell.

IS A BEAUTIFULL MACHINE NICE AND EASY TO USE AND YOU HAVE TO PUT FOUE SCREWS TO WITH NUTS AND THE WIRE THROUGH A HOLE THATS SO EASY TO DO TOOK ME LESS THEN 10 MINS TO DO THANK YOU SO MUCH I WOULD RECKONMEND ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO GET THIS AS IT DOES A FAB JOB MY CARPETS LOOK NEW SMELL FRESH
