this machine does what it says on the box. I bought it with the intention if it did not do a good job it was going back.Well its staying I found it easy to use and put together If you buy 1 the screws supplied to put it together are attached to the handle with tape I searched for ages. Before I bought it I thought the reviews were exaggerated well they are not .I would give this machine 10 out of 10 .its great..Happy Cleaning to all.

Made the mistake of buying a vax shampooer and vaccuum cleaner after being Bissell customers for a few years.........we will never buy vax again! Should never have deviated from Bissell they always do as described, if not better, so glad we went back to Bissell. Now looking at replacing the vax vacuum with a Bissell pet eraser one.........the sooner the better.

I used the cleaner on carpets and on tiled and laminate flooring. The carpets were cleaner but not as good results as a hired Rug Doctor cleaner. The tiled and laminate floor cleaning was poor. There seemed to be a thin line of water left where the machine had been and the floor was not completely clean (compared to using an E-mop). For the price it was reasonable, but I didn't get the cleaning results I was hoping for. I would describe it as a carpet freshener and light cleaner but not for difficult stained areas.

Good cleaning power from this machine, even on light bone coloured carpet in a high traffic area that had tea drip marks & the odd cat 'accident' to contend with. No problem when using the pet stain formula & enzyme action tigger pack. Found it slightly heavy & awkward to manouver at times, especially carrying upstairs but no great issue as won't be cleaning carpets every week. Followed others guide to cleaning & drying machine & will work my way through the rest of the house including my hard floors, for that fresh clean, look & smell. Brilliant.

I was worried about the stains my carpet had and after a new addition to my family cleaning was must. My local cleaner said it would be tough and was charging a lot so thought of trying my luck and got this machine on sale. Wow to my surprise this machines worked fantastic and I couldn't see my ages old stains after a first wash. I am very pleased. The only negative I would say it lacked another handle as picking up the cleaning in one hand is bit tough, but over all this is a life and money saver.

My powerwash arrived today and I couldn't wait to see if what other people had said was right.
They were. I am thrilled with the way it is easy to use and cleans superbly.
Thanks to Bissell I now have lovely beige carpets once again.
I highly reccommend this cleaner.

Spent the last 2 hours cleaning the stairs and ground floor and I am very happy with the results.

I read the excellent reviews for this model and so I purchased one. I spent 6 hours non stop yesterday cleaning carpets and uphosltery in a 120 seat Theatre!! The foyer carpet stains were years old - and even I thought at first it could not be done - but this brilliant machine did it. The muck that came out was astonishing and the carpets look and smell like brand new again. The pile has returned too! I totally recommend the Bissell formulas too because they have scotchguard in, and this will prevent early build up of stains fo the future and with the 3 for 2 offer on right now, its a total no-brainer. This machine is so easy to use, empty, refill and clean afetrwards aswell - so am very impressed that such a light and easy to use machine performed so well and exceeded my expectations. The hose attachment was a godsend for those tricky area's and at the flick of a dial too - it takes no more than 5 seconds to change back and forth - just brilliant! If ever you wanted a recommendation to buy this product then this is it! ....Seriously inpressed!
