Bought this after having a Dyson for years and it's absolutely brilliant, we were thinking of getting a new carpet but this has brought all the dirt out and the carpet looks lovely, picks cat hairs up a treat. Love it!

After owning a Dyson Animal for many years I was reluctant to change. I looked at getting another Dyson but the price put me off. Others like Vax looked a bit cheap and plastiky. A friend Recommended a Bissell. It arrived promptley - easy to put together. Lighter than the Dyson. Vac'd up with the Dyson then tryed the Bissell - OMG the extra dog hair and dirt it collected i was shocked. Easy to move, super suction. Love it would recommend to everyone. Also good price (was a discount too) but i would pay full price for this. Now thinking about a cleaner.

Recieved one of your reconditioned models about 10 days ago now to replace my Henry vacuum downstairs. Love it! I never knew my carpets were so dirty until I used this machine. It's so satisfying to see the dirt canister fill up everytime I use it. The only 'complaints' is the turbo brush is very worn, will need replaced soon & the pet eraser tool keeps falling out of is holder on the vacuum when I use it.

This is my first 'proper vac', having previously only owned £20 efforts with zero suction. Now I've finally invested in a proper machine I can really see the difference to the carpets and it cleans up after our new puppy no problem.
The only thing I'd criticise is the little attachment on the front which I keep knocking off. Think this could be due to my aggressive style of vacuuming though! Oh, and the pup doesn't like the noise! haha!
