I bought one of these from Lakeland earlier this year and I'm very pleased with it. We use a Bisell carpet shampooer on our carpets but we needed something for the tiles and laminates. It heats up quickly and gets a lot of dirt off the floors which collects on the cloth pad at the bottom. They send you a bottle of mint scented water, but to be honest I could never smell any difference so I stopped putting it in. I like that it comes with a hook for easy storage and that I can clean the hard floors without using chemicals. A good buy.
