Bought this after reading the good reviews. It arrived today and i used it on living room carpet the day after using my other vac and in kitchen on cushion flooring I couldnt believe the dog hairs that i emptied out they had filled the dirtcup and my carpet is now sparkling. I don't find it all that noisy. Will do stairs and upstairs tomorrow. Very speedy service thank you from me also bissell.

Ordered one for upstairs, to save lugging the heavy dyson around. Well, the dyson is now permanently upstairs as this one does a far, far better job at picking up the dog/cat hairs! As someone else has said, keep up the good work Bissell.

I have bought this product as a reconditioned unit andI have had it for 2 days and so far its working well. I must mention that the plastic does not look hard wearing but time till tell.
