Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Bissell Shop Direct website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. Please also read our Data Protection section regarding personal information provided by you.

  1. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
  2. Delivery can only be made to the UK and Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
  3. We make every effort to deliver all goods immediately, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
  4. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
  5. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.
  6. We do file details of your order. Please read our Data Protection Policy for details of how these can be obtained.
  7. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
  8. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
  9. Our products are for domestic use only. The guarantees will be invalidate if used for commercial purposes.

REPLACEMENT POLICY: BISSELL Homecare, will replace (with new or remanufactured components or products), at BISSELL's option, free of charge from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, for a warranty period that is specific to each individual product, any defective or malfunctioning part due to manufacturers defect. The warranty applies to product used for personal and not commercial or rental service. The warranty does not apply to fans or routine maintenance components such as filters, belts or brushes. Damage or malfunction caused by negligence, abuse or use not in accordance with users guide is not covered.   12. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your PC, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on your PC, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your PC resulting from use of this website.
