Procedure for claiming an In-Warranty Repair

Machines breaking down within the warranty period will be repaired by BISSELL providing they have not been damaged by misuse, negligence or use not in accordance with the User’s Guide.

Machines are only warrantied for use in domestic situations, and not in commercial or rental service.

The warranty does not cover parts of the unit that require replacement under normal use. (eg belts, tools, tank and bladders)

To claim an in-warranty repair please contact our Customer Service Helpline, 0344 888 66 44, where you will be asked for details of name, address, telephone number, a description of the machine fault and a suitable collection date. These details will be recorded and you will be asked to provide proof of purchase, either by posting, fax or scanning by email. A Customer Service representative will attempt to troubleshoot the issue via phone. If unsuccessful, your device may be collected for repair.

The courier company will require you to pack your machine in a box for insurance purposes.

Your machine will be returned to you within 10/14 working days by courier.
