INTERN CUSTOMER OPERATIONS

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Order Management team with the execution of their daily activities:
    • Monitor and execute outbound order management activities (order entry, order amendment and returns)
    • Work on a day-to-day basis with the logistics service provider to drive execution of in- and outbound logistics (stock reservation, manage stock allocation on key SKUs, order release)
  • Manage shared inbox, keeping it updated
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on order status and logistics performance.

  • Our overall team size of >50 people and international scale-up structure with flat hierarchies will give you the chance to influence the business and present your own learnings and ideas.
  • Gain understanding of logistics processes, 3PL management, Order Management, Customer Management, Supply and Demand planning End-to-end and Accounts Receivable.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand the dynamics of sales in the current complex Logistics Scenario.
  • Work closely with US to understand how global processes are developed and launched.

What We Require

  • Student majoring in Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good communicative and social skills
  • 40 hours weekly availability
  • Good time management and flexibility in prioritizing work tasks
  • Able to cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and accelerate professionally and personally by learning from corporate examples and opportunities

The internship is designed to start 1st of September 2021 for a period of ideally 6 months with possibility of an extension. You must be an enrolled student, so the internship is part of your studies or Bachelor’s/Master’s thesis project.
