Procedure for an Out of Warranty Service Repair

Machines breaking down outside the warranty period, or any extended warranty period can usually still be repaired by BISSELL.

We have our own Service Centre and can offer Out of Warranty Full Machine Servicing; this will provide a full Machine Service and repair along with a full 3 months warranty.

The charges for this service will be:

1950 Quickwash Deep Cleaning Machine - £55
All other Deep Cleaning Machines - £75

Your 3 month warranty does not cover damaged by misuse, negligence or use not in accordance with the User’s Guide, nor parts of the unit that require replacement under normal use. (eg belts, tools, tank and bladders).

Once a level of service has been agreed we will take payment prior to collection, and we can accept most credit/ debit cards. No cash or cheque payments can be accepted.

This service will include; Collection of machine via Carrier, Full Service and delivery back to you, again via Carrier. It will include any parts required for replacement and a full service.

We will arrange for a courier company to collect your machine but they will require you to pack your machine in a box for insurance purposes, otherwise your machine may not be taken away.

If machines are BER (Beyond Economical Repair) we will advise of situation along with further options.

Your machine will be returned to you within 5-7 working days by courier.
