My Stain Eraser has no suction

What to do if you notice that your Stain Eraser has no suction

  • Remove the dirty water tank
  • Inspect for damage (cracks or deformations)
    • If damage is found, a new tank will be needed
  • Empty tank dirty water tank into sink
  • Check that the plug is secured on the tank

  • Check that the battery is fully charged 
    • A fully charged battery will have 3 blue lights when turned on

  • Remove the formula tank and unlatch the front nozzle
  • Clean the nozzle

  • Reattach the front nozzle by hooking the lower edge onto the unit and snapping into place
  • Reattach the clean water tank until you hear a click
