All orders with a value of £19.99 and under will be charged at £5.99 for Next Working Day Delivery.

Our delivery options are as follows:

FREE Next Working Day Delivery: 

Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £20 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £19.99 and under will be charged at £5.99. All Next Working Day Delivery orders are sent via DPD courier service. These must be signed for, as parcels will not be left in a safe place or with neighbours. A calling card will be left if the recipient is not available to collect/sign for the parcel.

Orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 4PM and is not applicable on weekends and bank holidays. 

Alternatively, if you prefer to have your order delivered at the weekend, we offer two delivery options charged at £5.99:

Saturday Delivery: £5.99

Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed before 4PM on Friday to guarantee a Saturday delivery slot. 

Sunday Delivery: £5.99

Orders for Sunday Delivery must be placed before 12PM on Saturday to guarantee a Sunday delivery slot.

Please expect delays to deliveries during peak times, such as Spring Sale, Black Friday, Christmas, or any sale period.

Northern Ireland, The Highland & Island Groups: £6.99

All non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Islands) postcodes are excluded from the Free Next Day and Weekend Delivery options. All non-mainland UK postcodes can be found below.

A charge of £6.99 for Standard Delivery applies to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Please expect extended delivery times for this delivery option.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

If your order does not arrive when expected, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from BISSELL Direct ether by e-mail or telephone.
